Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

AETHER ("we", "us", or "our") is a pre-launch SaaS platform providing AI-powered project intelligence for construction companies. These terms govern your use of our platform and services. As a pre-launch product, these terms will be expanded as additional features become available.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AETHER, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform. If you are using AETHER on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Description of Service

AETHER provides AI-powered project intelligence for construction companies by ingesting emails, documents, and communications. Each company on a project receives their own isolated AI agent that analyses project data through their own lens. The platform extracts commitments, tracks RFIs, manages document revisions, and answers project-related questions.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or company tenants
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
  • Use the platform to store or transmit malicious code or content

Intellectual Property

AETHER and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AETHER and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours — we do not claim ownership of the emails, documents, or other content you process through the platform. We only use your data to provide and improve the services as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AETHER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform. AETHER is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, particularly during our pre-launch and pilot phase.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the platform at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion.

Changes to These Terms

As AETHER is a pre-launch product, these terms will be updated and expanded as we add features and prepare for general availability. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of AETHER after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
