AETHER ("we", "us", or "our") is a pre-launch SaaS platform providing AI-powered project intelligence for construction companies.   • Cloud infrastructure provider — for application and database hosting (Australian data centres)
  • Content delivery & security provider — for DNS, CDN, and object storage
  • Email service provider — for transactional email notifications

A full list of sub-processors is available on request. Each provider is bound by data processing agreements and maintains their own privacy policies.

As AETHER is a pre-launch product, this privacy policy will be updated and expanded as we add features and prepare for general availability. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform.
